Delivery

By choosing Standard delivery (Free in the UK) you are solely responsible for the fact that this is an untracked service and no refunds or replacements will be available to you should your order go missing.

This is why I highly recommend using a fully tracked service!!!

 

The majority of my work is made to order so please allow 1-3 weeks for your order to be handmade, packaged and shipped.

 

Minimalist Wallets, Pouch Wallets and Belts will generally be made within 1 week.

 

Bifold Wallets, Mid Wallets and Bags will generally be made within 2-3 weeks.

 

If you need an item by a specific date then please contact me before placing an order and I will try my best to meet your requirements.

 

The 'LIVE STOCK' collection is where ready-made items are listed. This collection showcases new designs and one offs which are ready to send and will be packaged and shipped within 1-3 days.

 

Delivery - UK

 

Delivery within the UK is FREE on all orders and I use Royal Mail 1st Class which takes 1-3 days.

I also offer:

Royal Mail 1st Class Signed For charged at £3.50.

Royal Mail Special Delivery Next Day charged at £7.50.

 

Delivery - Europe

 

Standard Delivery via Royal Mail is £5 and takes 3-5 days

 

Signed and Tracked via Royal Mail is £10 and takes 3-5 days

 

Delivery - Worldwide

 

Standard Delivery via Royal Mail is £6 and takes 5-7 days

 

Signed and Tracked via Royal Mail is £11 and takes 5-7 days

 

Please be aware that the above times are estimates and I have no control over the time it takes for your order to be delivered to you. 

 

Customs delays are common and please be aware Worldwide orders may incur a customs/import fee.

 

Returns

 

If for some reason you are not happy with your order then please contact within 7 days arrange a return.

 

Items must be unused and in there original packaging.

 

You will be responsible for the return shipping costs and a refund of the item price will be given on inspection of the item.

 

Custom orders, personalised items, sale items and belts are not eligible for returns.
